Designed and built four civic-tech portals, from map-based reporting to mobile worker workflows. Our team won the Digital Democracy domain at India Innovates 2026; the proposal was recommended for government evaluation.

An experimental reinforcement-learning pipeline connecting headless RocketSim training to live Rocket League inference. Includes eleven recorded PPO experiments and behavioral diagnostics, with work continuing toward a 2v2 competition starter.

Contributed drafting and explainability agents, plus citizen and lawyer portal design, to a team-built legal assistance platform.

Trained a DQN to make eviction decisions in an L2 cache simulator. On a tested Zipfian workload it reached 98.9 cycles average access time against LRU's 101.5, while LRU retained a slightly higher hit rate.
